Tough Mudder is a team activity. We start together. We finish together.
You do need to be in pretty good shape. If you can (by June 14th) run 7 to 10 miles, and do regular strength work, you will be fine. You can sign up for Tough Mudder daily workouts, and we may start Saturday morning group workouts in the spring.
Everyone who joins the team will get a custom Team VACEOs Tough Mudder shirt!
